Designed For

TriMark's 32 Bit CAN Keypad can be used as a stand alone device to enable and disable vehicle start also know as "Immobilization." This keypad can be used with other TriMark CAN systems for vehicle lock/unlock and/or additional functions. It is designed for rugged on-road and off-road vehicle applications.

FMVSS 302 specifies burn resistance requirements for materials used in the interior/occupant compartments of motor vehicles/tractors and machinery. The purpose of these standard is to reduce the deaths and injuries to motor vehicle occupants caused by vehicle fires, especially those originating in the interior of the vehicle. The raw material(s) used to manufacture components of this product have been tested per SAE J369, complies with FMVSS 302 and may be used in applications that require regulatory compliance with flammability standards. Note that it is up to the end vehicle manufacturer to determine whether FMVSS 302 is required in the specific application.
