Heavy Duty Hardware for the Armor Vehicle Market

TriGuard's line of heavy duty latches, linkages, handles and door modules are specifically developed for heavy duty armored vehicle applications.

Drawing on its 35 years of knowledge and expertise from working in heavy duty door latch and hardware systems, TriMark brings forth several door modules specifically developed for heavy duty armored vehicle applications. Designed as one-piece construction, these door modules simplify vehicle and field attachment with a total of 4-5 attachment points, they can be used on retrofit, up-armor applications or new surface mount vehicle construction. The flexible, heavy duty design and manufacturing allows for custom configurations to suit your application needs. Already proven in several blast tests the heavy duty latch/striker survives in punishing environment and provides rotor/cam assist to heavy doors/armor, hinges, compensating for door sag.

TriMark has a dedicated team of engineers that can rapidly respond to your needs with hardware knowledge and expertise ultimately providing Turn Key solutions. TriMark has also invested in rapid production laser and form cells to provide maximum flexibility to meet your tight lead times for prototypes and production orders without expensive tooling and long lead times.

It is our privilege to be part of the Defenses efforts to protect the Troops and the view from the front line is that these new armored vehicles are doing the job. Our full understanding and commitment is that saving lives tomorrow means delivering these highly survivable vehicles today, and TriMark is more than up to that challenge.
