Mexico and Central America Regions.
"Oscar brings significant technical and sales experience in the
transportation and specialty vehicle markets and is an excellent addition
to TriMark's sales team. We are truly excited to have Oscar on board
and working with TriMark customers in that part of the world,"
states Kevin Roths, TriMark's Director of Global Sales.

2012 Customer Survey Provides Relevant Feedback
As we've come to expect, TriMark customers once again offered their
unvarnished insights and opinions when we contacted them and requested that
they complete our 2012 Customer Survey.
Here are just several of the findings from the survey:
• We are doing a better job of "syncing up" our engineering and
production schedules with those of our customers.
• Off-the-Shelf products – you want more of them and we are responding.
• Customers continue to favor electronic communications.
• As we experience a broadening of our market segments (mass transit, power
sports, armored vehicle, etc,) we are recognizing some specific
expectations for those markets that differ from our more traditional
customers
To those of you who took the few minutes to share with us we say a
heartfelt "thank you!"

At TriMark
2012 was a year of "ups" along with some minor bumps along the
road. Here's a quick look back at some of the highlights along with just
some of the reasons we are so excited about the road ahead in 2013:
- This was a year where we achieved sales records for
over 10 of our product platforms.
- Our level of program and project support is at
record levels
- We sold 2 million Rotary Latches and built our 25
millionth
- We expanded our global affiliations by creating a
partnership with Prima Italy to sell products into the expanding mass
transportation market
Here are some of
the areas about which you will hear more from us in 2013:
- Our major plant and facilities expansion in New
Hampton should be completed in late spring and we will give you a
comprehensive tour once all is up and running.
- Our global sales and marketing expansion continues
with the addition of a new representative in Mexico who will be
promoting TriMark's products and capabilities in providing
access hardware solutions.
- TriMark will be promoting its global
footprint by participating in additional trade shows in 2013. Click
here to see a complete list.
- TriMark has made it a priority that we will
continue to take those actions necessary to become a true "Single
Source Solution" provider.
- Due in part to an increase in demand from both
current and new customers, TriMark will be expanding its
Off-the-Shelf product offerings.
As you can see,
much was accomplished in 2012 with much more to accomplish and look forward
to in 2013. Of course, none of this would even remotely be possible without
the support of our customers and friends, both long-time and new. What we
continue to hear is that TriMark offers the broadest spectrum of
access hardware solutions.
Looks like the only thing left to complain about is this wonderful Iowa
winter weather!
